We were the buyers for a property this company flippedTo say they did a terrible job would be a complimentSome of the things they did: connected the water line of our ice maker to the hot water, said a leaking pipe was "condensation" which it was not and had to be replaced by us, screwed all the doors of the barn shut as a form of retaliation because the appraiser gave an appraisal contingent on them doing things they clearly did not want to do, when asked to fix the windows they had painted shut so they would open they damaged every single frame, when asked to pick up glass from a greenhouse they took down they hid all of the glass in our recycling bin and left us to clean it up, they incorrectly installed the dishwasher and then snipped the metal tabs leaving razor sharp edges that we had to file down so our kids did not cut themselves, etc., etc., etc
I would never suggest that anyone I know use this company to list a house or buy a house listed by them
Attempted to purchase a home owned and listed by this agency. The agency did work to the property prior to listing it for sale without proper permits from the town. They also withheld information, which only came up because my lender is extra vigilant. When we attempted to back out of the sale, they refused to return the escrow payment despite misleading and misrepresenting the product for sale.
