Review: [redacted] and [redacted] demanded my debit card information to pay in advance (never before) to pay for medical supplies that I have not received after being promised 48-72 hour delivery...it has been almost 1 week. I will be looking for a new company soon.Desired Settlement: that my (and aanyone else's) medical supplies are ordered on time.

Review: I have received medical supplies from this company for the past 10 years. Since October of 2013 it has been nearly impossible to get the correct supplies in a timely manner. It has taken over 7 weeks just to get my monthly order correct. They don't the correct supplies, they ship the wrong items numerous times repeatedly. Their customer service reps have no clue what they are doing. The supervisor [redacted] and [redacted] are also of no help. [redacted] in billing refuses to return phone calls. They literally shipped 1single cotton tip applicator when it should have been a box of 50. Customer service people can't even speak properly, they speak slang, unfriendly, and rude because you point out their mistakes. As of today 7 weeks later supplies that were sent in error are still sitting on my front porch. It now time for me to order my monthly supplies again, last month,s order still isn't corrected. When the nurse tried to place this months' order she was met with an attitude. Is my insurance being double billed? When I call billing I get no response. This company is good for no one answering their phones or being at their desks. Call backs are never returned. It's as if the client is a bother to them. I have also reported them to my insurance carrier as well. My child is paralyzed, has trach, a feeding tube, and is ventilator dependent. Her not receiving her supplies in a timely manner has effected her care negatively. No one at this company seems to care. It's just ignore the client or blame the client for their mistakes and incompetency. Not good for business.Desired Settlement: I want my billing fixed and the rest of my daughters supplies.

Review: I paid for a shower seat after my hip operation with a check to [redacted] by mail for $68.00. I received a notice from [redacted] that they did not receive the check. I sent another check for $68.00, and was notified a little later that they had not received a check for the shower seat, and they were charging me a $5.00 penalty for late payment or they would send this bill to a collection agency. I sent a third check for $73.00, and later asked my son-in-law to balance my check book. He discovered that the first check sent to [redacted] was cashed on 7/29/14, the second check was cashed on 8/13/14 and the third check was cashed on 9/22/14. My son-in law has made numerous calls to [redacted] requesting a refund of $141.00. He spoke with several representatives from [redacted] who could see by the account information that the overcharge was obvious and a refund should be no problem. After several months I did not get a refund, my son-in-law made repeated calls to this company speaking mostly with a [redacted], who would forward his call the "The Director", who's answering machine did not mention his name. Numerous messages were left on the Directors answering machine requesting a call back to discuss the overcharge, however no messages were returned. My son-in-law's documentation of the inquiry for re-reimbursement dates back to 2/25/15, after that 4/7/15, 5/7/15, 5/18/15, 5/20/15, 6/3/15, 6/4/15 and not one call has been returned. I am an 85 year old widow, living on a fixed income and just want what I overpaid. I have all three canceled checks, and [redacted] has this information on file.Desired Settlement: I would like [redacted] to refund me the $141.00 that I overpaid for the shower seat.
