November 22, 2017We received several complaints due to a recent incident with our company email systemAs soon as we were notified by our customers that they had received an in-appropriate email from our company we contacted our email service provider for assistance.Our service provider explained that our email system was "spoofed" which means someone from outside of our organization obtained unauthorized access to one of our accounts and used this information to send emails to customers who requested our services in the past.In response to this situation our service provider advised us to change each password on each email accountThis was done immediatelyThey also recommended we upgrade our email system to [redacted] which we did over this past weekendThis new email system is more advanced than the system we previously usedWe are confident that this new system will provide us with better protection with our information as well as any email exchanges between us and our customers.In addition to these steps we removed all customer information from the server and have the system set to delete the information as soon as we have what we need to complete a customer request.We sincerely apologize for the trouble and inconvenience this event has caused and will do our best to notify our customers and take action as soon as we are made aware of any issues in the future.Robert W
