I have had several interactions with Galloway Tire of Fort smith arkansas and believe them to be dishonest and one to take advantage of the ignorant public.
My two main negatives against them are 1) an alignment session with my 1957 chevrolet pickup and 2) the recharging of the A/C systems in my 1977 and 1988 chevrolet trucks.
The first, they claimed they replaced the kingpins but didn't. It went in with slack in the bushings and came back out with the same slack but it cost me $600.
The others was supposed to have R12 put in them which I stressed they had not been converted and we're empty so they needed to be pulled down. Neither one was and one exploded the other just stopped working. I believe them to have put 134 in them but since they don't let you back in the shop you don't really know.
Don't trust them, Jim [redacted] J. [redacted] automotive. If they are a big well known place in ft. Smith you better scrutinize what they do because they prey on your ignorance.
