Rest Haven Memorial Park is very sorry for the delay in properly marking your mother's crypt plaque Her final year date, 2014, has been installed on her plaqueHowever, the "font"/color of the scroll does not match her year of birth date We are working with the manufacturer's representative to resolve this situationWe anticipate resolution within to days

The scroll in question has been delivered to the monument company today per the customer's request

We have called and talked to this customer and addressed the complaint.  There was no reason to believe that he had any other problems and thanked me for the information I provided.  I do not understand why this is coming thru again.
