bought a hover board for my daughter right before Christmas. They stated it had a year warranty. My daughter rode it inside the house and it was making a weird sound. I brought it back to the place, after one week in there they said they couldn't fix it and gave me a brand new one. My daughter tried at home for a few minutes, then tried to turn it off and it wouldn't. I called back the store and spoke to ***' son, he said to let the battery dye and try to charge it again. We indeed did that, but when trying to charge it the thing was making a weird and load sound, afraid the thing was going to blow off I took it back to the place, ***' son eh will take it back to their supplier. After 5 weeks of not hear from them I called them back and now I had to pay to get it fix? They said the switch want working and I had to pay to get it fix? If the thing got a year warranty and it is something internally malfunctioning why I had to pay to get it fix? That is just bad business. They made the profit selling me the product as a "brand new hover board", however, they don't take the loss on a defective product. ( I did have to pay extra 50 dollars, since they refused to refund the $428.00 I had already paid)
