Galmiche and Sons installed a new Furnace, Air Conditioner, and A-Coil for Mr. Duncan on January 7. 2015. We were unable to test the system at the time because the electrician had not wired the system. After months of not being paid per...

contract that stated "in full upon completion" we started the lien process. The first we heard of any service problems with the unit was many weeks after the lien had been filed. The above accusations by the homeowner are untrue. After receiving the certified letter from the homeowner informing us of the service problem, we sent a technician to diagnose the problem so we could correct it. Upon his arrival he was refused entry by Mr. Duncan and also he threatened to harm our technician. At Galmiche and Sons we do not condone conduct or violence of this nature to our employees and our Manager directed our Technician to leave the house immediately. Per Galmiche and Sons contract there is a 1 Year Full warranty on the installed system that we are happy to honor. Galmiche is willing to correct the issue with the air conditioning and check the wiring per the warranty as we have tried prior, as long as payment for the invoice is available.
