Galon Insurance Brokers

Got my plates renewed at galons on broad St on the 4th of August, by phone. I need proof of insurance but never received an email copy. I called today and they said they only keep it for a week lol. I've been a costumer of there's for years. During a pandemic you'd think they'd relaxe on there " reprinting fee" 15$ since I haven't gone in there store a single time in over a year. "Well we don't know you didn't come into the store" like I'm lying. They are rude and slow!

I was looking for an insurance broker for my small business and had the worst 2 wks of my life tying to get insurance through Galon Insurance on Broad st. Not only were they unable to get me insurance but the office female manager was very rude and argumental. Very unprofessional. Went to [redacted] a few days later and they got me everything I needed! Plus a payment plan over 12 months!! Galon would not provide any of that. I will never suggest Galon Insurance in Regina to anyone they cannot provide good quotes, payment plans and they provide cannot great customer service. [redacted]","neg-1
