I would not recommend this companyGalvan and Gardener let people in our home without any notice, during my families move out periodOur home was robbed not once but twice by the same company Galvin and Gardener hired and gave the lock box code toMy family did receive some of our belongings back, but not all of themOver $10,worth of our valuables were not returnedDue to this incident we were unable to take any more time off of work to deep clean, or fix everythingInstead of being a company who was willing to see that this whole robbery was their fault and apologize, they turn around and charge my family $600+ over our $deposit
I just wanted to say Galvan and Gardner has been great to work withI own a heating & air conditioning company, and have been working with them for about two yearsWe don't work with many property management company's, because most of them wont pay to have things fixed properlyGalvan and Gardner is very concerned about their tenants safety and welfare.They respond very quickly to any problems concerning heating and plumbingIts nice to work with a company that does such a nice job, taking care of their tenants, property owners, and vendors
