Someone from Galvan Enterprise contacted me and we are able to communicate and get the crack in my wall fix. I appreciate them coming out and correcting their error

I hired Galvan Enterprise to build my mother in law suite. Everything was going good till they got to the framing I noticed a gap where two walls connect I sent a picture to the contractor Edwin Galvan and asked if the gap needed to be fixed so it wouldn’t cause problems later on he said no it’s fine. I trusted he was honest and knew what he was talking about so they never fixed the gap in the framing. 8 months after moving in I noticed a crack in my wall yep you guess it right where that gap is in the framing. They did come out and repair my wall and again I asked if the gap should be fixed so this doesn’t happen again. Edwin said no it’s fine and if the wall cracks again they would fix it. Over a month ago I noticed another crack in my wall now he’s not answering my texts or my phone calls I’ve left messages at the office with no response. I finally got ahold of Jose which is the person I believe owns this company and he promised they would fix it and make it right that’s been over 2 weeks ago and no word back from him. Building a home isn’t cheap and having things done right isn’t to much to ask for, I don’t think!

Received a flat tire due to negligence of team - found nails all over road surrounding property. Company refusing to follow through on repayment.
On June 6, 2018, I received a flat tire due to the negligence of Galvan Enterprises, Inc. (also known as Galvan Brothers, Inc.) I walked from my home, to their construction site, and picked up six nails in the middle of the road in front of the home they were building. I asked to speak to a foreman. When I explained to a man working on-site, Lorenzo, about what happened and showed him the nails - telling him their company was financially responsible, he laughed in my face and said, "You think we're going to pay?"

I finally received the phone number of a man named Manuel - however, when I called and asked for Manuel, he made a comment about it being his father? I'm not sure who I spoke to, to be honest - but the man was professional, stated that they would get the money over to me, and to email them at ***@gmail.com with my cost (as I had not had the repair completed yet) and they would get the money to me.

I paid $50 for the towing company to come replace the flat with the dummy tire and had to drive to three locations to find a place that had my tire, a Yokohama YK740 GTX. The tire was $157 but I used a $10 off coupon to make it $147 literally just to help with the cost. I emailed them and requested the $197. I didn't even include the cost of the taxes or the half day I missed from work.

Since then, I have called, emailed, and texted - and have received no response. I called from my work phone number and he answered immediately - so clearly he's receiving my messages. I even sent a text and said I would take $100 as an act of good faith just to be done with this. The lack of customer service is truly appalling.
