I wanted to know what they did with the outside assesements that they receive and the child does not end up attending or receving services at Gambaru. The owner "***" hung up the phone and did not provide the information I asked for. I called back several times and she kept hanging up the phone. They are not upfront with their pricing polices on your initial call. They request outside information first then the 2nd call they mention all the fees.
In regard to complaint # *** by ***, this person is not a client of Gambaru Corp. She inquired about our services via phone and email. She sent the preliminary paperwork requested by us to determine whether her child would be a good fit for our services. Ms. faxed us a two page report about her son willingly with out signing or returning the Hippa paperwork to us. Since then Ms. made a threatening and harassing phone calls and emails to my office. Our policy in regard to information about paper work is to keep in it a secured file for seven years then dispose of them. Ms. behaviors are bordering on defamation of character and if it continues, we will have to take matters to a legal venue.
