To Whom it May Concern: We tried responding per the directions on the letter mailed to us and were not able to access the links provided With that being said, we called the Revdex.com and they stated we can respond by email The Complaint ID Nois [redacted] The customers complaint states they hired us to modify their home to make it handicapped accessibleThis is not possible since we are not a construction company, we are an Architectural Firm who provide Drawings for a contractor to build from, we never provide construction services at our companyWe have an Architectural Services proposals and invoices showing what they paid for and it was for Architectural Drawings not construction to their home They also state Michael L [redacted] from our company assisted her with the construction of her home, he was at the time an independent consultant to our company who worked on the drawings for her home when he worked with us The owner hired a contractor by the name of Fine Line Construction to do the construction on her home and Michael L [redacted] was working with Fine Line Construction as an independent contractor as well The claim was put in against the wrong company since we do not provide constructions services and we have a proposal and invoices to prove it If you need any more information regarding this matter please don’t hesitate to contact us Thank you [redacted] *** *** [redacted] [redacted] *** *** [redacted] *** *** [redacted] *** [redacted]

The architecture company hired Micheal L*** to oversee the workMrL*** worked for l*** and G*** architecturesMr L*** hired fine line construction to do the work at our houseWhich was his brother Joseph L***The work is still not finished according to the numerous punch listMr l*** fully acknowledged mr MICHEAL L*** responsibility in this projectAlso Micheal L*** and G*** and l*** have a design company which is part of this disputeThere were specifications that were part of the original work Order heat lamp etc that have not been completed other issues included things that were broken and not reimbursed air conditioners, microwave etc in addition the pitch is wrong in the back and front of house which G*** and L*** fully are aware of they made me buy an awning for the back of the house which doesn't solve the problem of water the gutters they replace cause flooding and a dangerously ice condition I feel that if they completed the punch list in a timely fashion the other issue wouldn't have arisen
