I sell used cars with no warranties with a bold font sign in each car windowThe customer signs three different for in the contract containing that fact. I do offer them warranty insurance through third party company, they usually refuse . This customer had signed the "as is
contract"Here car had no problems with it when she bought it, as a matter of fact she was happy with it and driving it for more than three weeks. The customer would not let me diagnose the carThere is a possibility that she damaged the car herselfShe came to the store driving the car claiming there is a problem with the car according to someone she knew (back yard mechanic). [To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, we would like to know your view on the matter.]I am years old full time student and have a part time job, this is my first car purchase he lied in the contract stating that I had insurance I don't have any insurance at all never did! the car he sold me was his son car that is his son number on the back of the car saying for sale there was no paper work in the windowwhy would I mess up a car that I put $down on to get me back and forth from school and work!! he told me that he will go half with me to get the car fix he never said he will deduct some payments he said he will postpone them I have every recording recorded on my phone every time we talked and a third party was present every timebefore days of having the car I call him and told him I didn't want it anymore it stop working on me I'm not going to pay for a car that doesn't work and I also have the car on record trying to start it uphe also lied in the contract because he wasn't honest when I got the car he told me I couldn't leave until his mechanic comes and put a GPS in the car just in case I don't make a paymenthe recently text me on September 9th telling me I'm late on a payment and $has been added I screenshot that he's telling me that he don't have keys or address to get the car but he lied and said it was a GPS in the car so I wonder what his mechanic did to the car because there's no GPS in the car!!!! he was very unprofessional texting my phone when he should have called!! I just want my money back so I can go somewhere else and get me a new carI have to call off work because I don't have rides every since the car broke down im missing out on money and I also missed a few days of school and they was trying to withdrawal me out of my classes!! please just give me my $backIt's so stressful not having transportation to get to get back and forth from school and work

The car was purchased in February with a buy here pay here agreement. The down payment was $1300, monthly payment of 175 a month.
The customer made first payment in April the second is in May.  The first complain was reported end of May.  So he was happy with the car all that time.
The car is not a brand new car. It is 1998 (16 year old) car from Ohio that was tested, driven and inspected by both the customer and his dad before they sign the contract on the next day. I believe they would not have bought the car if it had problem with the shaking and the noise as they claim.
 
It seems like the shaking  and the noise is a result of his driving.
 
There were no claims by us about the car condition of the car other than the car is sold as is.  There were no signs and we had no knowledge of the car being under water and definitely the radiator was not supported by a bunggee cord as claimed otherwise he will not be able to drive the car for the fourth month.  
 
I can provide three signed document with customer signature that he inspected the car and it was sold as iswith no warranties on the engine transmission and frame.
There will be no refund issued and the customer is required to fulfill his end of the contract and pay the balance due to avoid repo procedures.
