To whom this concerns;ID ***We've tried contacting the complainant but the phone number provided was shut off. The two stories do not add upI was called by our employee as soon as ***'s girlfriend left the building to explain what happened after *** left.On Feb 20th,
*** *** came in for a tattoo, he was squeezed in as a walk-inThe price of the tattoo was $300, he tipped the artist Kenny $and there was a $fee (5% of the total cost for running a credit card)The break down of the tattoo is attached(Our record book for feb 20th) *** left and later that day, his girlfriend came in complaining that he spent "all their money" and they "had no money to feed their baby." At that point he had already signed the credit card receipt and received the tattooShe was asking for the money back because of the above reasons and not the reasons stated in the complaint.He did have one more appt set for Sunday two weeks after the initial appointment to finish up what couldn't be complete that dayHe can come in and have the tattoo completed by that artist or the ownerBut we have a no refund policy.The image attached, it's the last highlighted amounts, it's also starred on the left where it startsAmounts highlighted $300, $and $20.Thank you,Christopher c***

To whom this may concern;This letter is in response to the complaint we received through the Revdex.com, we have contacted the complaintiff. We have a no refund policy on deposits, it is posted in our shop. The deposit is used to hold the appointment and for drawing time. Please see attached signs.We also contacted the customer regarding returning her deposit on multiple occasions through phone call and text message.
