Hi [redacted] Thanks for letting us know and giving me the chance to address this customer's concerns. I will fully admit that we've struggled to keep up with the volume of both shipments and emails the last couple of months. We grew in size dramatically at the beginning of the year, which has...

stressed our operations and it's taken some time to respond to everything. I will immediately direct my customer service person (brought on recently to handle the increased volume) to reach out to the affected customer and make sure her issue is resolved. We have done our best to keep up with and take care of any issues that any customer has had, but we've clearly missed some.
