Review: This company stored my debit card on the system and, even though my daughter had changed the e-mail address on the account that was linked to my card, the company only refunded 8 unauthorized purchases that were made that day! They provided false assurance that they were going to refund the entire purchase that was made by a 7 year-old. They were never authorized to store my credit card on this account and they were surely not authorized to attach my debit card number to a different e-mail address. The customer service representative, [redacted], and the supervisor, [redacted], were very rude and talked over me every time I attempted to explain this! [redacted] threatened to not refund any of my money from the purchases made by a 7 year-old. This is bad attitude and bad business!Desired Settlement: I want the 3 additional charges of $10.61 (totaling $31.83) refunded back to my bank account. I want all $31.83 put back in my account.

Review: We have been requesting for three years now to have charges stopped to our credit card of $9.99. We have called many times. This account has not been used in at least 5 years and we were not aware that it was still billing. When we called they asked for the charges to be stopped, they advised that they needed the passcode on the account. That was set by my son many years ago and he doesn't remember it. I don't know it as it was set up for him. They said they could not cancel without this information. It is still my credit card and I am not authorizing these charges, but cannot get them stopped. Two months ago we had the card closed for fraud. The charges stopped for two months and are now starting to show up again. Not sure how they got this credit card information, but it completely fraud. Again we did not authorize these charges.Desired Settlement: I would like the $9.99 returned for at least one year, as this has been now going on for about 3 years. I want the charges to STOP!!!!! They DO NOT have permission to our card. I would also like to know how they obtained the new card information.

Review: The xbox live company took $[redacted] out of my bank account with out authorization from bank and me for free service. I notified bank of unauthorized transaction and they filed a dispute case on 12-8-14. [redacted] LIVE rep was rude and hung up on us after we inquired on transaction for free service. I suppose to have XBOX LIVE SILVER MEMBERSHIP (free). Not gold membership.Desired Settlement: a refund of $[redacted] and a apology from them.

Review: I spent $** on a card to be able to buy products and I added the money to my account and now its not there and all Microsoft tells me is that "it's there." I consider this theft.Desired Settlement: I'd like my $** back, sale items I missed because of this issue at sale price if its expired and some in store credit as I spent over 5 hours on the phone.

Review: Ordered a game on internet, was prepared to pay one price. When I looked at my bank statement there were 4 charges that I did not authorizeDesired Settlement: Refund of amount I did not authorize because it was not disclosed to me. Also for them to change how they charge customers and to tell customers when they Will be changed more.

Review: xbox live has been informed by a written letter and over the phone at least two times in the last year to cancel the xbox live account that has been dead for five years. As of this morning they have charged my personal visa card twice. I have emailed another letter this morning informing that I want the charges reversed.Desired Settlement: A better canceling policy as this seems to be almost criminal behavior.

Review: I canceled my xbox live account in September 2014, but didn't get an email confirmation or confirmation number. So I went on and canceled again in October, but charged I went online and canceled a second time. This time I received an email saying that my account was canceled as of Oct. 13th 2014, three days later I was charged $9.99. In November I was charged again $9.99, so I sent them another email and received an apology and that they see that I canceled in October, but I still wasn't reimbursed that money. I went online and deleted all my credit card information and now this month I was still charged again. For 3 months I have been billed $9.99 without my permission and they wont give it back to me.Desired Settlement: I want my account refunded for $29.97 and for them to stop billing me like I asked in September.
