When The customer drop of the phone we have a test sheet which either phone is in working condition. and we do same thing after customer picks up the phone and we test one by one on test sheet. I found this customer test sheet which was picke up on 11/28/2015 which shows when he pick the phone up everything was fine and he signed the paper. ( I can send the picture of the test sheet with his signature) that means ther wasn't any cracked or any problem but 12 days later( day of opening this case he got a crack scree. Our warranty covers malfunctioning issues as long as customer doesn't breask or damage the phone if customer break the screen( which applies to this case) there won't be any warranty but atill we like to work with our customer and make them happy as long as they are reasonbale. The repairman did check the speaker for the speeker phone but didn't check the ear speaker. I got this repair done right before leaving for work. The crack developed while I was driving to work and I didn't even see it until I got to work. I had no incident where I dropped my phone. I've been told that the speaker problem is due to glass in it from the repair not being properly cleaned and that is probably what also created the small crack leading to what he calls me voiding my warranty. If it would have been repaired right in the first place the glass wouldn't have cracked. I am a fireman and work out of the area for days at a time so I could not just come back the next day to have them inspect my phone.
