numerous brown, bleached out and red stains, along with spots that appeared to be burn marks.  All these damages are above normal wear and tear.  We only charged her for the damages, no cleaning or any other charge.  I am not willing to return her security deposit due to the costs we incurred.

This concern was addressed with you several weeks ago. It's still not resolved. The rent of 900.00 is due. I've advised my mother to take her time paying it. This issue began on April 2nd when the neighbor ran her truck into the bathroom and closet walls of my mom's condo.  Mid Ohio Management reminds me of Barney Fife. My contact person is Patty R[redacted] who assured me that they would start repairs within the week. My husband took time off to stay with Mom so that he could help her get everything back in place. This management company is quite the disappointment.
