Waiting as always
Why, yet again no update available on Amazon, nearly 2 weeks waiting, can't visit friends or progress.
No more money till this problem is sorted.
The usual answer is it's amazon fault but they say it's down to gi
very unfair when you miss out on most of tasks and rewards.
It can't be that hard to fix this problem!

I love the game but now I realize that The Tribes was setup to legalize stealing other people money. The in app purchase make it impossible to advance in the game unless you have an unlimited amount of money. I was blocked after purchasing approximately three lots. I was directed to purchase four additional lot to be able to have access to the land I had already purchased. The block remained and I was instructed to purchase a 5th lot. This legalize theft began in February and it is now March 5th. They instructing me to make additional purchases. I am still unable to advance in the game due to being blocked by them. I have numerous request for them to fix the game or refund my money to no avail. I am retired senior citizen on a fixed income and enjoy playing different games. I have never had a problem with any other company fixing their game or compensating me. I also know the feel of being scammed. I believe The Tribez was setup for that purpose to make their theft legal. I feel the founders of this game should be prosecuted.

I am giving one star because I cannot give zero stars. I am a player in Paradise Island - the ORIGINAL, not PI-2 - and have been for about 3 years. The game was - WAS - fun until about 10 months ago (+/-) when Game Insight stopped addressing in-game glitches and the removal of players from our “union” (in-game team of 10 players) with no explanation to the others in the union. Repeated attempts to get some kind of resolution to our questions and glitches most often resulted in no explanation.or resolution. Then regular recurring contests started disappearing...after players were continuing to buy (with REAL money) weapons and other items that enhanced the in-game contests. Then - about 8 months ago - replies from Game Insight (GI) informed us that the game would no longer be supported by GI...a pretty clear sign that the game was on its way out...but still they offered items for sale AND tried to guide us to other GI games WHERE WE WOULD HAVE TO START ALL OVER AGAIN. Now - the end of September 2019 - we can no longer even click on the GI Help button in the upper right corner the corner of the screen. We simply get a blue screen informing us that we have lost Internet connection and to “click here” to return to the game. Every single one of us clicking on the GI Help button have NOT LOST INTERNET CONNECTION AT THE SAME TIME, EVERY TIME! The game is dying, and those of us in our union are currently seeking another venue...BUT NOT WITH GAME INSIGHT.
This experience with Game Insight has shown me that I will never expend one more penny nor one more minute on any - ANY - Game Insight online game. The reason is simple: The company does not assist its players, does not tell the players what is really happening to the game, and clearly feels zero sense of loyalty or responsibility to the players who have paid good, hard-earned money over the years to keep them and their staff employed. Game Insight acts as though they are doing the players a favor by even answering a question - and actually resolving an issue is obviously not considered part of their job description. Game Insight needs to learn the meaning of “Customer Service” if it plans to continue to market games to the rest of the world.

The company GameInsight contacted me through Email and we resolved the issue the day after I filed the complaint. Thank you Revdex.com !

One one of the games developed by this company, targeted to children, they make it extremely easy to make an in-game purchase with amounts obviously prohibitive to kids - $100 or so as an example. My child made an accidental purchase of $100 and $30 consecutively. I immediately alerted Game Insight about this but they easily brushed off the refund request.
