I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

my name is stephen and I am the owner I sold this item to [redacted] and I was also there when she picked it up . to my knowalge we did not have any used controllers in a box we always take them out if they come in used for space reasons we sold her a new controller she came in to return never...
said anything about it being defective she just wanted her money back . as the receipt states she can only get store credit if it was open now if it had be sealed I would have given her money back . we do have people come in and try to switch the controllers out with a sued one in that case we make sure the numbers match! the return policy was never brought up at all when she purchased the controller . she was basically returning the controller because she did not ant it . however I would be happy to give her money back but she has already did a dispute and the funds are on hold now we will have o wait and see the outcome with her credit card company and my credit card processor it has been to long to do a refund in the register and get my credit card fees returned . I will leave it up to the processor to refund her they may tell her to bring it back but based on my info and return policy i and not sure .I will however after this is all said and done if they do the dispute in my favor she can come back and get a working controller in place of that one . if she would have told me it was broken I would have gotten her a new controller . however she said in the note she wanted a refund so me offering her a new controller ould have probably not satisfied her . any questions please feel free to call use[redacted] thanks and have a great day Stephen Chocklett Owner
