Game Stop

I ordered a Nintendo Switch Lite bundle online a week ago and have heard nothing from the company. When I went to view my order listed in the email, it's not listed as being in their system. I reached out to customer service and still no answer. I was charged the full $350 at time of purchase and can't even view my order to request a refund. On top of that, the bundled gift card isn't even able to be used with a switch, only with a wii or 3ds. After a quick look on social media, it looks as if there are 50 other people going through the same radio silence I am. I'd like a refund or my order (which I paid extra to get shipped quickly) to arrive immidiately. The bundle was listed as "in stock" at time of purchase. I feel as if I got scammed. Considering a charge-back if my issue isn't resolved quickly.

I bought a Light Saber for my grandson Saturday, February 1 at this store. I asked the manager if they had one and he went and got it. He rang it up for $149.99. When I got home and looked at the box it had a second sticker on it for $129.99. I took it back Sunday, February 2 and asked if I could be refunded $20 as it had two stickers. I was told it was my fault as I paid the $149.99. I was told I had to pay the higher price as it was "presented" to me at $149.99. I told them it appeared the item was repriced at $129.99 and I should only have to pay the lower price listed. My complaint is that they indicated the price of any item in the store was what was presented at the register. The price on the sticker was only valid if I raised the question at the time of purchase.
