Game Tables U S A Reviews (1)
Note:The company I bought from was an online site called GameTablesUSA but had the same street address. Henry & [redacted] Enterprises came up through Revdex.com, though both are into sales of game tables/ video games so I can only assume that they are one and the same.(the man I spoke with, back when they'd answer, was [redacted])Though I only could click on one item (product issue), there are several problems with this company and the way they do business. I bought what I thought would be a high end fooseball table. The tabletop was warped and a piece was broken. No big deal, right? Just replace the bad pieces. Wrong. After a month of back and forth with [redacted], the pieces finally came and they were poorly packaged. I sent email with pics of the product literally hanging from the box, one of the pieces (the wrong one, mind you)had gouged a line in the tabletop and all four corners were pancaked and bent over because of the ridiculously inadequite packaging. No response for another couple of months. Some guy from the manufacturer called me at one point, a very abrupt and rude conversation where he told me this is all my fault because I didn't build the table properly (he's assuming this, as he's never seen the table since I built it). I assured him I followed the instructions to the letter, at which point he got angry and he said he'd call me back, that was a few months ago. This whole process has taken approximately SIX months. I have the emails to prove it.
