At this time, I have been contacted directly by Game Tech CTS regarding complaint ID [redacted] , however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: [Your Answer Here] On September [redacted] GameTech CTS emailed me, " [redacted] *** *** [redacted] [redacted] *** [redacted] [redacted] [redacted] Please see the pictures attached..."I followed up with another email on September ***, "One thing I didn't mention was white (zinc based) thermal past was used on the APUWe don't use this type of thermal paste"GameTech CTS has not replied to my emails In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Our company gametech cts do electronic repairs wholesale for other business like *** *** , he is one of our storefront wholesale customer His business is called i2hcomputers in Richmond hills queens
He brings us work that he cannot fix or that they damaged too severelyThis company i2hcomputers has given us problems since day , our first bad encounter with him happened when he asked us to repair a system for him last year then at the last minute tells us to undo the repair because the customer changed their mindWe told him ok but since it almost 8pm Saturday night and we're off on Sunday that he would have to wait until Monday morning and that's when he made a big scene at our businessHe purposely waited until customers walked in to talk loudly and accused us of not wanting to return his item
( in a lot of cases when working on a motherboard you have to fix the issue to find out what's causing it) every time a customer walked in he would yell louder "give me my stuff back" we asked him to leave and come back Monday but he refused and called the cops on us The cops arrived and told him he cannot do this and that he had to leaveHe eventually came back Monday ,got his unit and left
We told him not to come back again and that we no longer are doing repairs for i2hcomputers months past and this same guy comes back bringing in units this time a POS system and a MacBook Pro ( this MacBook is the unit complaint)
We ask him to leave and he tells me that that's not him and that that was his twin brother *** and that he's ***I decided at the end to give him the benefit of the doubt and try to help him with units He tells me his customer brought him the MacBook for keyboard issues but he accidentally ripped the connector off and now there's no power also that the MacBook has a efi lock on there also that he needed removedAfter looking at the motherboard we saw lots of damage to the board and called him to let him know that it was going to be costlyHe ask us for better pricing we said no, at this point we didn't want the same situation like last time so we quickly put his units aside ready for him He picked it up and was upset we couldn't fix it for any cheaperHe returns it to his customer and pushes the blame on us telling them we damaged the motherboardHe returns to our store a few days later doing the same thing again but this time he chang es his story and says loudly for everyone to hear , why do you steal my motherboard and I only bring it here for efi password removalI asked him what are you doing! He made a big scene again like the last time and yelled at my wife as well when she told him to calm down or leaveI told him to leave or that I was going to call the cops I never threatened him or told him I have cops in my pocket like he claims in his statement
After telling him to leave and he refusing I called the cops myself , after he saw me called the cops he hurried up and left On his way out he would also stop people in the shopping plaza and slander me and my business
We do wholesale repairs for over 60+ businesses and he's our only troublesome clientHe's basically covering his end to his customer
If we're so bad at our job why does he continue coming back to usI have over 7-units from him after the first incident leading to this one , I ask my employees why they accepted his repairs and they told me he claims that's not him that was his twin brother

Review: I have take a Laptop for Diagnosis to Game Tech CTS, for Pass code issue.. ( which they advertise for free diagnosis)..After I did not Get any satisfactory answer from them for about week. I ask for my items back. They were unnecessarily delaying the return, they said they will Return it after a week.. On April **, 2014When I got my item back , I found it is not working, they have taken my Good Mother board ( And replace it will bad one ), that has a serial number , and a 4 Gb memory stick . the Mother board alone is $1000 and memory is about $200.-- When I asked , the Serial number of mother board is different and does not match with the Screen shot , . ( And does not match with the serial number on Body of Laptop, as the matching serial number is Printed on back cover of the laptop ) , which I have taken before giving them for Diagnosis, And I inform them about missing 4Gb Memory Module. At this , [redacted] known as [redacted] ( [redacted] ) , told me to Get Lost , we have to cover our cost for diagnosis. He told me, yes we have taken your Mother board and memory , do what you can doWhen I told him , that I shall call police as this is Crime , and day light Robbery, he told me [redacted] and he told me, he Know every body at police station and Police man he keep in his pocket.. He told me Get lost or he will call some criminal friends and , he and his friends will kick me out and harm me physically.I called police and Police told me it is civil matter , Contact Revdex.com and other complaint units.Desired Settlement: Need original parts back .
