Review: I received a Boston Red Sox watch last year for my birthday in August. It is supposed to be able to download the schedule onto the watch. However, when I followed the directions to receive my free schedule download, all I got was a download that told me to call a 1-888 number. When I called the number, all I received was a recording that kept trying to get me to sign up for various things. Eventually I was able to get someone at the company to email me the schedule that I could download onto my watch. However, now a new season has started. Thus, I went and paid for a new schedule download. However, the same thing happened as before. In fact, the schedule download says it is for 2014 instead of 2015 like I purchased. Since the time that I bought the download, I have filled out a form on their site asking for help. After a week of no contact, I called Geneva watches 1-800 number and left a detailed message about my problem and how to contact me. After 2-3 business days of no response, I found the email of the gentleman that helped me out before. However, when I emailed him, I got a reply that his section of the company had been shut down, and gave me the contact information for Geneva watches. Again, I emailed them over a week ago, and I have heard NOTHING in return.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of my money spent on the download. I would also like to know how to download (reliably) the schedule for my watch each year. If they cannot give me some way that I have not tried yet to get the downloaded schedule, I want a refund on the watch as well.
