The manager of the store repeatedly insulted me then attempted to start a fight with me by saying "Let's go" repeatedly I didn't understand what he meant at first, then he said "let's go outside." After I asked what he was talking about he responded with "that's what I thought." As I am a veteran, I do not take threats of violence lightly and I am looking at possible action against the store

** *** was never refused to have his building constructed. The crews do not receive any payment unless job is constructed so they will do there best to do that. When *** ***s was scheduled he was asked a series of questions concerning his site, the levelness of that site,
availability of site and was also read our disclaimer addressing if this unit could not be installed and the trip fees associated with that. He was well aware of our policiesWhen the crew, which has been doing this for years, arrived at *** ***s's site they explained his options. His site was over a foot out of level and also did not have wide enough pad of gravel to cover area. Our crew offered to build his unit but do take pride in their work and explained that it would look like it was falling over the hill. National Carports has done this for years and takes great pride in our structures, quality and staff and do everything possible to get the best results for years to come. ** *** made the decision at that time to get the area level because this is something he would have for years to come and would like it to not look like it is falling over the hill and twisted up. Our crew gave him his options and he decided to wait. Our crew at no time refused to build his unit. On the contrary they spent a considerable amount of time explaining how to do it and showing him what he needed . Once again, our crew makes no money unless job is done so they will try at great lengths to get it done. ** *** was told about the trip fee involved if we could not set up when he purchased and again when he was scheduled to come and install his unitBefore our crew ever arrived at his house. ** *** was offered a reduced fee of $to come back to try to help him out and to resolve his problem. National Carports has done everything in its control to try to resolve ** *** problem. We were proactive before install, we informed him both verbal and in writing about deposits and trip fees involved if for any reason out of National Carports control we could not complete his unit*** ***s's deposit at time of purchase is on a contract signed by him acknowledging that for any reason this order is canceled that his deposit is nonrefundable. National Carports has tried to work with ** *** to try to resolve this problem but based on his statements and version of accounts he is willing to become untruthful to get out of his contract. National Carports makes no money when we have ordered and fabricated a unit to ** *** order and then schedules a crew to load up that unit and haul it to his location and then haul it back. We now have a unit which only fits his order and we are stuck with over $worth of material and labor to fabricate and loss income of the job not being done. We are disappointed about a customers disappointment in his expectations but we see nothing else we could have done

for the *** He came back later the same day wanting to return it because it wasn't the same as the one he played on PC that his son likedI was the one who processed the return and was happy to do so because of our hour exchange policyThis means even if a game isnt damaged you can bring it back the next day before we close for full CREDIT back to use on a different game just because you didn't like itThis is what his return fell underWe also have a day DAMAGED warrantyThis means because we sell used product we want to make sure people have enough time to check out there items for any damagesThat being said we do not do cash refunds under any circumstanceIt is on the bottom of every single receipt that we print and is also explained to every customer before they leaveI attached an example receipt for the Revdex.com to refer toI noticed how he said we were rude to him but this is 100% not trueAfter he heard he wasn't able to receive cash back he right away started cursingI did explain to him we are a family store and we couldn't allow the languageI tried sympathizing with his issue but he didn't want to hear what I had to sayHe then asked to speak with someone above myselfHe wanted a personal cell number of my district manager but i'm sure you guys understand I wasn't able to give him that number so instead I did direct him to our website to file any complaints he might haveBut he wouldn't leave the store without a numberI gave him a list of stores that my DM was over and I explained to him you will be able to get ahold of her at one of these locations but she does travel so try calling all All in all I believe we tried to handle the situation as calmly as possible within our policy limitsI do know that he eventually got a hold of our DM and he was refunded cash in the long runHe probably sent the complaint before he received his refundWe try to be an honest place to find use games and entertainment here in templeAnd we treat all of our customers as nice as if not better than any retail environmentWe have regulars that wont shop for games or movies anywhere else because of our staff hereThis was a specific issue about someone not receiving cash refund due to store policy's and being little upset about itI am sorry it came to this

Dear Sirs, The crew that performed the work on this site has years of experience and has performed the installation to our high standards. Customer was given an arrival time of 8;to 9;am, they arrived at 8;15. All our installation are scheduled by a very
experienced office staff which follow the same procedure every time. We have done this for years is why we have these procedures in place to avoid and inform our customers exactly what needs to be done to prepare site. The customer was asked over questions concerning the site and surroundings. In areas of underground lines *** *** must be called in advance of installation. Each company, Gas, phone, electric etc., has there own method of detecting the lines. There is no one method that we could or any company could posses that accomplishes that procedure. At the site it is quite obvious that there are underground lines around site. Our crew has no way to detect these lines and the customer was informed at time of scheduling that lines need to be marked. Our company has gone out of there way to commit to return once the lines were properly marked. National Carports has an excellent reputation for years and prides itself on our staff and crews. We are not sure what else we could have done for this customer that we have not already offered. We will not take a chance and hit an underground line and get someone hurt. *** ***

I purchased a pair of Solo HD [redacted] by [redacted] from this company one month ago. After seeing a real pair, I immediantly noticed the differences in quality and appearance between the unauthentic product I purchased and the real pair. I returned to the store to get a refund on the product because they did not sell me real [redacted] by [redacted]. They asked how I knew they were not real, and I explained the reason then they went on to say the reciept says that I am not able to return the product unless it is not working correctly, which is not stated anywhere on the reciept. The receipt says exactly "90 Day Warranty On Most Items. 30 Day Warranty on IPods and MP3 Players. No Cash Refunds, In-Store Credit Only. 24 Hour Exchange On Used Games Only. 30 Day Warranty For Phones, Tablets, E-Reader. Thank You For Choosing Game X Change!" Even though I told him that it is not stated anywhere on the reciept, he still stated that the product must not be working in order for me to get a refund on the product. After hearing this, I asked if I were to sell them the [redacted] by [redacted], they stated that they would still pay $70.00 for them, even though they were not an authentic product.
