I purchased a jersey and shorts in YL and returned both for an exchange for YMThey were both received back on 1/in the same packageI apologize I thought it was 1/before but I checked the tracking number and they were signed for by 'MOORE' on 1/
So I just need the YM shorts now

sent a note to the warehouse to have the missing shirt sent to him. credit was issued for his shipping charges, emailed an apology and informed him his shirt would go tomorrow.

[redacted] from Gameday Merchandising called me in person on Friday, February 5th to apologize of the delay in refunding my returns and would immediately process the credit. The credit finally hit my credit card today, February 10th for the full amount expected.
Thank you so much for contacting them on my behalf. It is amazing that 2 days after Revdex.com contacted the business, they contacted me to resolve. Imagine that!
