Review: We signed on to participate in [redacted], which is the paid premier level soccer team run by Gameface. The team clearly stated at tryouts that only atheletes of a certain level and caliper would be accepted We were not told at the time that our daughter was "accepted" during tryouts that she was being assigned to a new "B" level team. The coach for this team was a first time head coach at the facility and level of coaching/teaching did not meet the stated mission statement of the [redacted] program. It was clear once practiced had started (several months after we had to make payment tothe team) that the girls selected for this team were not at the premier level (including our daughter). Had we known this was a "B" team we would not have started with the program as there was no difference in the level/skill of coaching that was received vs what was being received at our local notfor profit soccer club. We completed 1/3 of the program (fall season) before requesting to be withdrawn from the team. At the time of requesting withdraw, I called and left messages for the owners of Gameface three time in a week period, non of my phone calls were returned. On the fourth call I finally was able to contact them direct (early Nov 2012) I had a coversation with the owner, where he agreed to review our request for a partial credit and return a phone call to me the week of Thanksgiving. I have yet to recevie any phone calls from owners of [redacted] although I have left numerious voice messages. I did finally receive a returned e-mail this week after leaving more messages and e-mails that said they were unwilling to discuss the issue of the level service they advertised and for which we paid for was not the service we received. The email stated they will not address the issue until the [redacted] will get involved.Desired Settlement: We are asking for 50% refund of the amount paid. We paid a total of $2150.00. We are asking for a refund of $1075.00
