The customer signed up on Oct 28th and requested to cancel on November 26, She emailed me that request and I advised her that I could cancel her account and take down the video but that she was passed the day window of a refund She emailed me back OK cancel site as of today I canceled her account and she has not been charged since I gave her the option of keeping the video up and she would continue to be charged the monthly fee but she declined that offerPlease see the emails below Thank you for your time and have a great weekend! Review: My son [redacted] was video taped at a event in Buffalo ,NY this year under the impression that this would help colleges to recruit him . When we were notified that the video was ready to view , we could not access the website to view it . I have repeatedly asked for help through email and was told it would be 24-48 hours before someone will contact me. No one every contacted me with any help . I have also called the number for Mr. [redacted]'s office and still got no replies .. I either want my video or my money refunded as I feel that this company has not lived up to what they said they could do and provide .Desired Settlement: Refund is acceptable , but would have liked the opportunity to view his video .

Review: This company continues to bill me every month despite me personally requesting to stop using the account almost a year ago, after the services I requested never properly worked (online recruiting videos) This company does not even have a phone number to contact about these issues.Desired Settlement: 6 months of $40 once a month billings.

Good Morning, I have checked all emails and phone records and do not show that the customer has notified us to cancel. They also did not log into their account and click Unsubscribe which is how they are suppose to cancel the subscription. I emailed the customer to advice that I have canceled their account and refunded them for the January payment. I also asked if there was another email address they wanted me to search our records with. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you and have a great day.

Review: My wife purchased a package of video, photos and an on line recruitment site for $350.00. Once the showcase was complete she was told they would be in touch within 10 days. We have never heard from the company and have left several e-mails and phone numbers for correspondence.Desired Settlement: I would pefer to have what we paid for if not I want a full refund.
