Review: I took my red Dell laptop to be repaired 6/11. I handed them my charger also, to see if it was the problem. I contacted them on the 6/23 and was told my laptop was the next to be observed. I called them 7/5 and was directed to not leave a message but send an email if I had questions. My husband went to the original location 7/7 to pick up the device to take it somewhere else to be fixed. The business is no longer there but moved to [redacted]. He went to the location, but count find the business.Desired Settlement: If it can be fixed, I want it to be free of charge. If they no longer have it, I want my laptop and charger replaced.
