And I emailed several times asking for help to get my verify email and you never responded. And why would you suddenly stop accepting new memberships? Something is not right. I will not be happy until my membership is reactivated and I receive the game I rented. This is your fault I did not get the verify email so why should I be punished for your mistake?

I will except this on one "condition" that Gamerang , remove my personal information and delete the account. IF I am no longer renting from  them ? Why does my account need to be active? Why do they need to keep my information file?  Are they planning to do something with it? I find it very interesting, that Gamerang want's to keep the account after they canceled it?  After my account has been closed and my personal info has been removed? I will consider this matter closed.

Review: I have been a member since Nov 11, 2014 and in that time I have only received 3 games total. Now the 1st month was entirely on me as I was working on getting through the 1st 2 games u sent but by Dec. I was done and had sent them back. It took the company over a week to recognize that I had returned them in your mailers. Then it took an additional couple of weeks to send out another game in my choice list even though I had 3 in there. I sent this one (The Evil Within) back almost 2 wks ago and it still isn't reflected on their website nor have I received any others even though it says "short wait" for over 2 months. I am very upset that it has cost me $40 for 2 games out @ a time for 2 months and I have only received 3 in 2 months. That is outrageous and the primary reason I have cancelling my membershipDesired Settlement: I would accept either a partial refund of a month of promo membership or an additional month of service in which they send me my top 2 choices for games.
