Two games were sent to Mr [redacted] , one on 6/1/and another on 6/10/ Unfortunately, Mr [redacted] has not received either one Considering the fact that neither game has made it to Mr [redacted] yet, we have closed the account and issued a full refund of the $membership fee We will take care of filing the mail loss issue with the US Postal Inspector as each of the mailers has a unique USPS package ID number.We apologize the Mr [redacted] for the fact that we were not able to meet his expectations
As with most membership businesses, we reserve the right to cancel a membership at anytime for any reason In this case, we allowed business days for Mr [redacted] to verify his account either via the link that is emailed when an account is set up, or by requesting a replacement verification email by going to his Gamerang account page if he did not have access to the original verification email Neither verification happened and as is our practice, we cancelled the membership and refunded $membership fee right away.At this time, we are not accepting any new memberships; therefore, we will not be able to reactivate the account

Why does my account need to be active? Why do they need to keep my information file? Are they planning to do something with it? I find it very interesting, that Gamerang want's to keep the account after they canceled it? After my account has been closed and my personal info has been removed? I will consider this matter closed
