The owner is disgraceful and trash. I heard him talking to a girl and just grossing her out and talking about how a RAPE happened in his apartment! And then talks about dating girls in their teens to 20s when he's an old man. I'm sorry but I love video games but I don't think it's worth being around this man !

The first time I met [redacted] was about 2 years ago or more. He wanted to trade some items in and at that time we weren't interested in buying his product. He came in another time, so that we could test out a 3DS. I helped him out with that item and then he wanted to trade it in, but I think it was...

defective so we didn't take the trade. I then went on to help some teenagers and [redacted] stood in the background apparently angry that I didn't take his item. He left a few minutes later and that was the end of that encounter. Later he went onto our Facebook page and rated us 1 star. I had no problem with that, but after investigating his Facebook profile I saw that he rated several businesses 1 star that day as well and if he had a bad experience then I guess that 1 star is/was warranted. My issue is when I discovered that he was slandering my name by saying that I was a pedophile etc. Something he made up, because of the customer service he witnessed me providing the aforementioned teenagers with. I won't lie, this made me upset. I didn't threaten him physically, but I threatened to sue him for slandering my name. After going back and forth on facebook messenger he deleted it and I ran into him at my store again about a week or so later. I'm not truly sure what exactly is wrong with [redacted], but my guess is that he has some sort of mental deficiency or maybe bi-polar symptoms that I'm somewhat unaware of as I am no doctor. Anywho, I forgave him because he removed the slanderous post and maybe like a year later he came in and bought out our entire Super Nintendo department. He spent $400 and I was blown away that he made such a large purchase and asked him, "why was he doing it?" It was a Monday or a Tuesday one of our slower days, so he definitely helped us out and I was thankful. Before he left, he wanted to be placed on our customer wishlist for a Super Nintendo Console (which was weird considering he just bought several duplicates of many Super Nintendo games). My employee, Kordell [redacted] was there and helped me in assisting [redacted] at the time and added his name to the list. About a week or so later I had a Super Nintendo console come in, which I set in the backroom for him since he didn't provide us with a contact number). By chance I was going down the basement to retrieve the mail and I happened to run into [redacted], who was speaking with two Veteran, retired soldiers. I politely interrupted their conversation to let him know that we had a Super Nintendo in stock and then [redacted] says to me, "Do I know you?" and I being confused said, "I have your Super Nintendo upstairs. If you.." I was interrupted by [redacted] then saying to me, "Go away little boy." "I don't know you." "Go away!" At this point I was insulted and then smiled, walked away and said, "ok." I had not seen [redacted] up until maybe about 2 weeks ago when he walked into my store apologizing for the last encounter. I dismissed him and told him that was the last straw. I'm done and over with him. Have a good day! He then demanded a Gift Card that I have no idea he's even talking about. Maybe he confused being put on our customer wishlist as us offering him a gift card?
