I believe that 100$ in store credit would be a just recompense after all my experiences with that business; they kept selling me broken merchandise and I had to keep making multiple trips to address the issues I had with said merchandiseAfter making so many trips, I just became exhausted with a damaged item that they sold meThe customer service I received was quite less than acceptable and absolutely the worst I've ever experiencedUltimately I was left a very unsatisfied customerI do posses all receipts related to my complaint; is it necessary that I include photocopies of the receipts?
I am rejecting this response because: I have already gone back and forth with broken merchandise and many times I was flexible and patient enough to accept Gamers Etc exchanges, which often resulted in me receiving more broken merchandiseI insist that I be offered one hundred dollars in store credit because I've tried to do things the company's way and that simply did not work out
I have the receiptsDo you wish for me to send photocopies of these receipts? I'm requesting one hundred dollars in store because I believe that to be just compensation for the atrocious customer service, the damaged goods I was constantly sold, and the exhausting, multiple trips to the store
Here are photocopies of all recepits related to the complaint
Company states: We have done everything according to our procedure here in the storeI am not sure what else I can to do to make you happyWe are still standing by our offer
Company states: We would be glad to offer a $25 gift card. We were unaware that you were dissatisfied and want to keep you as a customer. If you are unsatisfied, you can come back with a receipt and we will return the item for you.

I am rejecting this response because: the offer is insufficient. I refuse to accept anything less than one hundred dollars in store credit. The customer service I received and all those trips I made back forth with broken merchandise shook my confidence as a customer.
Review: In this place I received the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I purchased two items from this place and they wore both damaged goods. I had too take both of them back multiple times to be fixed. One item was properly fixed but the other was damaged, I took it back twice to get it fixed and then I took it back another time to get it replace. My replacement item was also damaged so I took that back and the item I got back was also damaged somewhat. I'm tired of taking damaged merchandise back. I will never go back to that business as a customer. I felt disrespected as a customer and they destroyed my confidence as a consumer.Desired Settlement: I would like the whole thing to be settled by me receiving one hundred dollars in store credit from Gamers Etc.
