The policy allowed a customer to return games for full value purchased within 24 hours, with original receipt of purchase; full value credit being provided with "no cash back". Due to the nature of some individuals, a customer was allowed to do this one time and pick out replacement games for the same value, but not two days in a row. Two days in a row was not allowed because some individuals would abuse the '24 hour Don't Like Policy". This policy was in place for over 6 and 1/2 years, all while the business was operating. It is unfortunate the young man involved in this transaction believes he was wronged but the policy was explained to him and his wife and as I have stated the business is no longer in operation.
