Games Galore

Review: [redacted], owner of Games Galore, was hired by me to work on a Pinbot pinball machine that wasn't working. In February of 2014 Mr. [redacted] came to my home to try to resolve the issues I was having. After he decided he couldn't fix the issues with the main mph circuit board in my home he removed the board and said he would fix it at his shop and return and re-install it when he fixed it. After several e-mails and phone calls over several days and weeks he never fixed the board or returned it to me. After a month or so I finally said I just wanted him to return the board. My wife finally got a call back from him in June and he said he would mail it to me that day. I offered to pick it up but he strongly refused. I have left messages with him over the next months and have had no response. He never picks up his phone. All I want is my board back. I'm afraid he's sold it or damaged it. I will seek litigation if this is not resolved as my pinball machine is useless without the mpu board.Desired Settlement: Return of mpu board for Pinbot pinball machine.
