Unfortunately the item that *** purchased falls under the category of new games/ console as stated on the receipt he receivedThe return policy for this category states that we can only refund/exchange for any unopened item within hoursThe policy also states that the customer should contact
the manufacturer of the product to resolve issues of defectiveness which according to the customer was the case.Despite this I did offer *** alternative optionsThe first option was just to replace the back piece at no cost to him, but I only had the black availableThe second option was for me to contact the distributor and try to resolve the issue but I informed him it was a process that needed some extra time and that I couldn't promise a favorable outcomeAt this point *** became irate, extremely verbally abusive and demanded it be resolved nowGiven that ultimatum I was unable to further assist ***.I however have since contacted the distributor on ***'s behalfI was informed that all gaming devices come with a one year manufactures warranty and so *** should contact the manufacturer if he still has the receiptHe is still welcome to the back piece I originally offered him
