We reserved a room on 12/10/and checking out on 12/11/at the Hilton in CharlotteI was there with my significant other celebrating his birthdayRoom was nice and accommodating at first and then we realize that the Heating and air unit was constantly blowing cold air, temp in Charlotte was in 30's-40's Throughout the night, the unit alternated between heat and air in which we endure throughout night and notified front desk We left and return with thoughts that situation had been handled by maintenance, in which it wasn't and cool air continued to blow I called and spoke with several individuals with hotel in hopes of speaking with management and to this date and writing this complaint I still haven't heard from anyone regarding this situation We paid $plus tax to be uncomfortable in a reputable hotel and a successful bran
