Gamestop

My son is 8 and had a birthday in March and received gift cards to Gamestop. Due to his health and the COVID we had to resort to ordering online. He chose several used games. None of the games worked and had scratches all over them. He was so disappointed. What happened to gamestop checking used games? My son is questioning why someone would send him games that don’t work. The employee at the GameStop was very very rude as well. Highly disappointed and will not be returning. GameStop has gone downhill in quality and presence.
