Gamestop

I purchased a nintendo switch in late July for a potential christmas present. On 11/9/17 I called gamestop to ask if I could return the product even though it was outside their return window. Because it was unopened they said I could and generated a return label for me. I returned the item. I emailed them and confirmed they received it. I was assured after multiple phone calls and emails I would see the credit on my card. This still has not happened. The credit card that used for this purchase was lost so last week I called to give them the new number thinking this was holding it up. The woman I spoke to took the number and assured me she would request the refund again. It still has not shown up on my charge and after waiting over an hour on hold I cannot reach a person.
