Gametime Sports

I have been trying to unsuccessfully contact *** the owner of this establishment since 5/1 to get a refund for services paid that were not rendered. I have called the office on numerous occasions where I am told that the kids working can not assist. They refer me to ***- tell me *** will call me back. She doesn’t. I call back and someone tells me that *** cannot assist and that I must go through ***. *** has a communication issue. It took him nearly 5 months to respond to the initial email that I sent 5/1. He then mid quoted times that my son took baseball lessons when I can clearly see on my account the exact dates and times of the lessons. Now They must have blocked me from sending emails to thmy Gametime sports office; so unless I can get a hold of someone by phone during the minimal hours they are open nightly I am at a standstill. I just want my money back. This is the WORST experience I have ever had with any business in this area. I am at the place nearly weekly for basketball and again there is no one in th office that is ever able to assist me.
My son’s dad took his like 12/19/17 and baseball was their thing. My son didn’t want to play anymore after his father passed and had issues with his coach. I am a single mom on 1 income and the $259 that I paid would be useful to have.
