Menomonie Disposal Policy is as follows New customers are set up as advanced customers They pre-pay for months of garbage services This is explained in great detail to the customer We pro-rate their first bill as to where they start in the quarter In ***s case he started service with us on May 11, Advanced customers were billed the 15th of March for April, May and June Services [redacted] pro-rated amount was $ [redacted] was asked for a credit card, debit card or ACh for that amount which he paid with a credit card He was told the credit card would be kept on file and when we did billing on June 15, that the full $would be charged to his credit card to which he agreedWe also explained that we rune the billing on the of each billing quarter and that is what would be withdrawn from his acct The invoices are also ran on that day and mailed out On June 15th we ran the billing and his card was billed the $ When we did the billing again on Sept 15, the same happened The $was withdrawn from his acct He did not call the office until Sept 23, Very irate I tried to explain to him how the program works See attached Idid in fact refund the $for the Sept billingSee Attached

As I said before, we do explain with each new account how our billing system works.  The customer does receive a bill with a zero dollar balance if they are a pre-paying customer.  This is the first complaint I have received about this.  I did refund the amount of $69.00 and cannot refund after services has already been received as you have requested with the June billing.

Revdex.com:I never have got a bill from them and I have talked to a few others that have there service and they dont get a bill either they just take it out and no bill is ever send. I think this co. should be banned from doing any service. I was not irate when I called there I was very clam and I would like the to pay for there mistake they by law should bill 15 days b4 they take out money from any one's account
