The unit described within complaint, is outside all of our retailers refund/returns window We are a distributor that communicates with retailers for situations such as these, which the [redacted] return policy is days Upon viewing the pictures included, we have noticed several indentations within the close-up, which indicates this was possibly dropped and/or a very heavy object used to make such dents in the adapter ring As a courtesy, we have sent Mr [redacted] a new adapter ring, that can be affixed in place of the cracked version Please confirm with Mr [redacted] this was received, as we feel this matter requires no further action Thank you
