Horrible experience, profoundly dishonest This business lacks the fundamentals of customer service
I tried buying an electronics item online, they charged my card but never shipped the item, despite sending me two electronic confirmations of the order After waiting plenty of time, allowing for delays of the military postal system, I contacted them They said it wasn't in stock I asked why they didn't contact, me They claimed they did, but it was sent to the wrong e-mail address (see comment about two confirmations of my order.) I asked them to send me the misdirected e-mail, they were unable to
Then, what take the cake, they asked if I wanted my money refunded If the item wasn't in stock, they should have never charged me This business is a single step away from being a criminal establishment
The do not deserve the business of any living being

I have already returned the item they incorreclty advertise since they represent themselves as an online store selling 220 v appliances, not 110v appliances with adapters! I have a receipt from the post office and a pic where I paid $11.30 for shipping the item back. I believe that any reasonable person misled by this vendor should receive the reimbursement for shipping back to the incorreclty advertised merchandise. I would like a check or credit for $11.30, they will see it on the box as well whe. They receive the returned packet.
