downpayment of $1,000.00. At that time, Gandiaga Motors was running a promotion of a motch on the downpayment up to $1,000.00. Bringing the total down payment to $2,000.00. To date the down paymenthas not been made. To date, there has been 3 payments made; $50.00 on 11/14/17, $40.00 on11/29/17 & $50.00 on 12/6/17, leaving a balance of $860.00 currently still owed to Gandiaga Motors.Document is attached and signed by [redacted].[redacted] said she could not test drive the vehicle because she could not do so without aBreath Alcohol Ignition Interlock Device (BAll D) installed. She did have a friend take the vehicle to TwinFalls overnight to have the device installed and there were no complaints about noises. Attached is theas is document that [redacted] signed after it was explained to her.About a week later (September) [redacted] came in and stated there was a noise in theback when driving it. She asked about any warranty coverage and was told no that she purchased it as iswithout a warranty, but to take it the same day across the street to TriState Tire to have a diagnosticran to see if it was something missed during inspection when the vehicle was received. She was alsotold that if there was a problem that was missed, that we would help with up to 50% of the cost to fix itat TriState Tire within the first 30 days from purchase. We were not contacted again until Decemberwhen she stated again that she was still having a problem with the vehicle. When asked if she took itacross the street in September to have a diagnostic done she stated that she had not. She took thevehicle to TriState Tire after the phone call and learned that the eve axles were needing replaced andthat if there was anything more that needed done they would know when they pulled it apart. Theyhave stated that she did make an appointment to have it fixed but did not show up. When she calledagain in December stating that she was still having a problem after it was fixed, Eric told her to take itback to the tire shop to see have them check into what they fixed. She then stated that they did not dothe repairs and that she had a friend do them.We feel we have been more than fair to help fix any issues in the vehicle beyond the 30 daysafter purchase. No effort was made to have the vehicle repaired in a timely matter nor to bring heraccount current.
