In october they came back and removed the 4 trees and planted 5 new ones. Had no ploblems they are big and cover the whole side yard giving us alot of privacy we could not be happier. When ever we need a nice tree or shrubs planted we call Gandys.
Review: On January 20, 2013, Gandy Landscaping planted a Crepe Myrtle tree in our yard. They did some landscaping in the area and were going door to door in our neighborhood selling trees. The crew was very nice and professional. Because it was January, the tree was dormant. The tree has not changed since January and there isn't a leaf on it. My wife and I have been calling for at least 30 days and only get their voice mail. I continuously leave messages asking for a call back. The call never comes. I did get through once and Christopher said that they would replace the tree the next week. That was three weeks ago. We are in need of a new tree.Desired Settlement: In order to have this resolved, I would like a new, healthy red crepe Myrtle tree planted in the same spot or a refund of $125.00.
Review: We purchased a plum tree from Christopher G[redacted] in June. We notified G[redacted] within the warranty period that the tree was dead and requested an appointment to have the tree replaced. We left many voicemails awaiting a return call to schedule an appointment. We did not receive a call back from G[redacted] but one day in October he came and replaced the plum tree when we were not home. He did not notify us that he would be on our property that day. Upon closer inspection of the tree, we noticed that G[redacted] replaced the dead tree with a tree that is diseased. Within a week, we called G[redacted] to let him know that the replacement tree is diseased. We asked him to remove the diseased tree and replace it with a healthy tree. We have left voicemails for G[redacted] but he has not responded.Desired Settlement: We are requesting a refund of $150 or replacing the diseased tree with a healthy tree.
