Contracted for new driveway, sidewalks,porch tuckpointing and railing for front porch.
Never completed the installation of railing. Other parts of job completed satisfactory.Repeated attempts via e-mail, voicemail, and USPS mail (including 1 certified letter that was never signed for) there was no response since September. Other parts of job completed in August. Contacts tried in October, November, December, and January. Paid for entire job but railing never installed.
