Revdex.com:I find it interesting that they are trying to play it off as no big deal. They didn't contact me until November 8, which was after I contacted Revdex.com and gave a poor review on ***. That was when I was informed about the issues with the screen and was told it would be 3-days to be replaced. Didn't receive the screen on my Porch until November 28. I had to call yet again to ask why it wasn't installed. After some exchanging of words they said they would come out and install my screen, which they did on November

We contacted *** *** and informed him that we had to repair his screen and would return it to him.? We repaired the screen and upon returning to install the repaired screen, the track around the screen broke and rather than install a broken screen, we made the determination to have the
screen professionally repaired to return it to it's original condition.? We conveyed this to *** *** and informed him that it would be a week or so until the repairs were made, as we had to send the screen out for repair.? Review: The reason for this letter is to let you know that I am disappointed in the warranty service that I received from Gangloff Roofing.

Towards the end of 2009, Gangloff re-roofed my house (including the garage, which includes a cupola).

On 12/20/13, at my request, Gangloff sent someone out to inspect/fix a garage roof leak (as evidenced by the mold/mildew spot on the garage ceiling drywall). Unfortunately, after this visit, the roof leak was not fixed. So, they sent someone out again on 4/1/14. I was again told that everything looked OK, yet the roof still leaked.

The garage ceiling was getting worse and worse. The mold/mildew area had grown to 1 foot by 3 foot. Since Gangloff was not willing/able to fix it, I was forced to call another roofer (Greg L[redacted] from Dover). I have a receipt (June 2014) from Mr. L[redacted] that shows he had to perform quite a bit of work to fix the leak. He determined that the water was entering through the step flashing that Gangloff installed.

Gangloff's letter/contract said that their work is guaranteed for five years.Desired Settlement: Since Gangloff was not able to fix the leak in my roof and it was within the warranty period, I am requesting that Gangloff reimburse me for the following:

• $345.00 for my out of pocket expenses for Greg L[redacted] to repair the leak

• $150.00 (projected estimate) to fix the garage ceiling drywall/mold

Please address/mail the $495.00 check to me at my home address.
