We contacted [redacted] and informed him that we had to repair his screen and would return it to him We repaired the screen and upon returning to install the repaired screen, the track around the screen broke and rather than install a broken screen, we made the determination to have the screen professionally repaired to return it to it's original condition We conveyed this to [redacted] and informed him that it would be a week or so until the repairs were made, as we had to send the screen out for repair This screen was repaired on 11/and subsequently returned to the homeowner.Thanks,Benjamin *G [redacted] Sr., PresidentGangloff Roofing [redacted] ***Thomasville, PA ***
