The customer got some garments dry cleaned from us on December **, and came back with a shirt next day, claimed that it's snaps got damagedBut we never noticed after the shirt was cleaned There is no evidence it's snaps are damaged by dry cleaning processThe damage on female snap indicates that it was broken by some force, not by heat nor nature of dry cleaning processThis whole complaint and the explanation about what happened when she came back to us to complain is totally and the customer made up the story in order to pin her mistake on usFirst of all, this customer never notified us that it was a brandnew garment as most people do before cleaningSecond of all, she dropped off the shirt to be cleanedIf it has never been worn, why need to be cleaned? Third, when this customer complained, we tried to explain that it should be claimed againt manufacturer because we dry cleaned as the care label indicatedTher e is nothing we can do with snapsThere is no possibility to break the metal snaps during the processWe assumed that the snap damage arose by the customer while he/she tried it onWe have no responsibility against this complaintAs a conclusion, this issue must be taken care by manufacturerThank you

After everything I told them, they are trying to deny it and it clearly shows that they know in their heart that they destroyed it. First of all, I told them at the beginning that it was a brand new shirt and it needs to be steamed very well. Second of all, they never explained why they did not let me pick up the shirt the next business day and said to me that there were some problems with it and they needed to dry cleaned it again. What kind of business need to dry clean a new shirt twice? Third of all, I went back with the shirt the same day I picked it up, not the second day. These people are lying. Also, the lady admitted at the beginning that the damage was because of the dry cleaning process, but changed the tone after she learned the price of the shirt. In addition, the owner of the shop might still be unaware of what is happening and the workers do not want me to meet him. If it were not because of the heat during the dry cleaning process, there could be no force to distort the shapes of the button, not to mention the person who tried to try it on. I seriously doubt if this business is legal. If it were, they should be a member of IFI and can send the garment for a free test to decide the responsibility.
