Gangster Choppers

Review: Sold me a 3 year 2 month old battery and other parts that did not fix my motorcycles starting problem. Refuses to make good on work performed and no documentation or receipts for warranty and part numbers which the manufacturers request for warranty purposes. Not an accepted practice for a respectable business. The invoice is not filled out with dates and part numbers who performed the work and loose wiring and starting button not even connected for proper starting.Cycle does not start like it is supposed to and work not done to satisfaction as stated or guaranteed by owners. Was told by owner that work would be performed to satisfaction and was not done. Very disappointed that it took 5 weeks to finish supposedly 5 hours of labor for said performed work.Altogether very unhappy with broken promises and work and parts outdated and old.Desired Settlement: Just want what I was promised before I paid for service and expect owner to keep his word as we agreed to. Refund or fix problems. Want used parts back for future use as discussed beforehand.
